Maths Impact: What the results look like...

"The school has identified the most important knowledge pupils need to learn. There is a strong focus on mathematical and reading fluency. As a result, pupils feel confident in these areas and can apply their learning to new tasks."

Belief + Hard Work + Understanding = Success

At Cranham Primary, our children see how maths is needed in everyday life, linking the small steps they are taught in each lesson to wider aspects of life. They become confident in reasoning their thoughts, and proving their work. Children learn that mistakes are to be learnt from, and through using Colin and Coco, they learn to pick apart mistakes to learn from, and correct.
